Whether your making a quick overnight stop or considering a longer stay we are happy to welcome single travellers, couples and families into our bed & breakfast here in Keswick in the beautiful Lake District.
All rooms have colour TVs, hospitality trays and are centrally heated for your comfort.

Tariff quoted is per person per night.
Standard Room - £33.00
Ensuite Room - £36.00
For an evening meal there is an addition charge of £17.50 per person per night.
Arrival/Check In -
We can normally arrange a convenient arrival time to suit your requirements and ask that you telephone
a day or so before your visit to arrange it. Check in is normally done anytime after 2pm.
Departure/Check Out -
Check out time is by 10am on your day of departure.
